Depending on what time of year the honey was made, sometimes can seem firm when you open it. This shows we only use pure Alberta Honey, and that we never use oils! This is a natural state for honey in our area.
When we cream and set our honey it will likely be firm, but if you warm the jar gently in a nice warm place, or quickly warm in the microwave for 10 seconds, give it a stir and it will soften and will be creamy for months.
